Herbert Willie Riddiough was born 1875 , he married Annie Eliza Pulford in1897 at St Peters
church Girlington Road, Bradford Yorkshire.
In 1899 their first son George Wiliam was born.
In the early 1900s they moved to North Yorkshire to a village named Boosebeck where they
lived at 29 Carney Street, where he worked as a grocers asistant They continued to have more children 10 in total, these
included:

Herbert Willie Riddiough was a founder member of the RAOB, he worked very hard writing songs, and trying to raise
money for the war effort, some of these songs were sold in booklets to raise money for wives and children
